Add the estate house to any wedding-day booking for the night of your wedding. You and your closest people stay upstairs in the manor after the last song, and wake up on the estate.
With a wedding-day booking, the night of the wedding is the only night you can reserve. Nights before or after can be added closer to your date if those days are still open. To hold the whole weekend from the start, book a weekend package.

You're reserving the whole estate, not a single night
A weekend package is priced the way it is because of what it protects. When you reserve a weekend, we close the estate to every other wedding and event on those days. No one else is setting up on your Friday, and no one is waiting for you to check out so their day can start.
That is why a package can cost more than a wedding day plus the $2,500 wedding night. Couples who book one day are welcome to add nights as the date gets closer, if the days on either side are still open. With the demand we see for Friday and Sunday dates, they usually aren't.
If an unhurried weekend with your people matters to you, a package is the only way to guarantee it.

How much does a wedding at Northfield Estate cost?
A 2027 wedding day at Northfield runs $7,000 to $15,000 for exclusive use of the estate, depending on the day and season. Saturdays are $10,500 off-peak, $14,000 in mid season, and $15,000 in peak season; Fridays, Sundays, and weekdays cost less. You can add the estate house for your wedding night for $2,500, or book a weekend package with lodging included, from $13,000.
Can we book just the wedding day?
Yes. Wedding-day rates are for the estate only: 12 hours of exclusive use on Fridays and Saturdays, 10 hours Sunday through Thursday. Overnight lodging is optional.
Can we add lodging to a wedding-day booking?
Yes. You can add the night of your wedding in the estate house for $2,500. Nights before or after the wedding can't be reserved in advance with a single wedding day; you can ask to add them closer to the date if those days are still open. A weekend package is the only way to hold the nights around your wedding from the start.
Why does a weekend package cost more than a wedding plus an extra night?
A weekend package closes the estate to every other event on those days, so the whole weekend is guaranteed to be yours. Couples who book a single wedding day can add nights closer to the date if the neighboring days are still open, but because of demand for Fridays and Sundays they usually aren't.
Which days do the weekend packages cover?
Weekend packages run Friday through Sunday only. Weekday (Monday through Thursday) weddings are booked at the wedding-day rate, from $7,000 off-peak to $11,000 in peak season.
What are peak, mid, and off-peak season?
Peak season is May, June, September, October: the mild spring and fall months most couples want, with the sailcloth tent up for up to 200 guests. Mid season is April, July, August, November: the same estate and tent at a lower rate. Off-peak is December through March, when weddings are held in the ballroom for up to 60 guests and the sailcloth tent is not available.
Is there a cost for more than 150 guests?
Northfield's included tables and chairs seat 150. Guest counts above that add $50 per person for supplemental tables and chairs, up to 200 guests outdoors.
How do we reserve our date?
Start with a private tour. A signed contract and a 50% deposit reserve your date, and the remaining balance is due four months before the wedding.
